Using sentences,incidents,descriptions of other contemporary writer or even paraphrasing them to create another work comes under ipr act. Whether it is for monitory or not. Present incident is not an act of Citing the original work. It is violation of intellectual property rights. One can create another story from a different point of view of the original, without using names of characters, same incidents, same descriptions, sentences..... It will be perfectly ok To do so one should have tons of creativity. DUMB HEADS should not try 😎
